Hey, I’m Jackie G.

I’m a motivational speaker, author of three books, and host of The Unity Project podcast—but more than anything, I’m someone who’s walked through the fire and lived to tell the truth about it.

I speak on stages across the country about sobriety, sexual abuse, eating disorder recovery, sexuality, and the lifelong process of coming back to your true self. These aren’t just topics I’ve studied—they’re chapters of my life I’ve survived, healed through, and now use to help others feel seen, heard, and empowered to do the same.

My mission is simple: to create spaces—whether on stage, in writing, or through conversation—where people feel safe enough to be real. No masks. No shame. Just the truth, spoken out loud, with the kind of honesty that opens the door to healing.

Through my talks, I help audiences break silence, reconnect with themselves, and find their way back to the parts they thought they had to hide to be loved. My latest book, One Last Family Dinner, digs deep into trauma recovery, identity, and the messy beauty of healing. My podcast, The Unity Project, keeps those conversations going—one story, one breakthrough, one honest moment at a time.

If you're here because you’re looking for a speaker who brings heart, grit, and truth to the stage—or maybe you’re just looking for a little hope—you’re in the right place.

Let’s do the healing work. Together.
